RLTK451 Industrial 4G Router provides fast and reliable internet connectivity for industrial devices with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Digital In and Digital Out, serial port, Ethernet ports (4 LAN and 1 WAN), VLAN and VPN technologies. Cloud-based remote management increases efficiency in large-scale deployments and maintenance, reducing operational costs. Online monitoring enables remote operation and maintenance and ensures security with a fast alert system in case of network anomalies. Ideal for various IIoT applications such as smart grid, automation, digital factories, transportation, ATM, smart factories and power generation, it offers enterprise customers efficient network management with high reliability and secure communication.

RLTK451 fully supports common VPN protocols including PPTP, L2TP, IPSec, OpenVPN and GRE; Multiple high encryption methods ensure data is transmitted in a financially secure manner.
Supports global 2G/3G/4G networks and private network access with APN/VPDN. It can switch between 4G/3G/2G modes with automatic cellular network detection. Failover support ensures uninterrupted data transfer. 2.4 GHz WiFi allows additional device access and supports wired/wireless Internet connections. It offers optional 5.8 GHz WiFi compatibility. This offers flexibility and expandability to its users.
1-RS232/RS485 provides data transparent transmission with 2-DI switch input and 2-DO control output, realizes ModbusRTU and ModbusTCP conversion.
It monitors the status of routers in real time and sends SMS and email alarms immediately when abnormalities occur. It can also operate DO relay for emergency stop, which greatly ensures safety.

RLTK451 4G wireless router makes the network wirelessly accessible; it provides network for wireless devices, Ethernet devices, sensors, switch control, etc. It can also extend network services to more devices with switch and serial device server.
In the 4G industrial router-based smart farming solution, environmental information collected by sensors is reported to the irrigation system server through the DTU function and GPS data and location information is reported. The liquid level and soil moisture levels are used to determine whether to run the irrigation system to ensure precise irrigation.
The IP camera installed in the store sends real-time video to the monitoring center via wired connection to RLTK451. The access control switch and infrared switch are connected to the DI input of the router to check the intrusion status, while the DO output is used to control the automatic alarm. This information is sent to the mobile phones of the management staff via text message. As the basic network driver for stores' security, RLTK451 provides protection.
